The emergence of the Patiala Suit in our fashion vocabulary can be traced back to Bollywood movies. Some of the most famous characters in these films wear Patiala Suit. Take for example Anushka Sharma in the song "Ainvayi", who is wearing a navy jacket and red brocade pants.
Kareena Kapoor as Geet in Jab We Met also made the famous Patiala suit with a combination of fuchsia kurta, mint green underwear and orange bottom. Even Kangana Ranaut, in an orange ultra-short jacket and pink pleated pants, makes the Patala suit a must-have for most fashion girls who base their outfits on the movies.
Despite originating from Punjab, the Patiala Suit has captivated most Indian women because it is comfortable and easy to wear. They are not only stylish but also very functional, which makes them a must for everyday events or parties. The Patiala Suit can be worn up or down depending on the occasion and styled depending on the aesthetic.

Sleeveless Patiala suit
Traditionally there is a terrace with arms to the elbows or with short sleeves and a deep neckline. However, modern salwar suits are adapted to meet the wardrobe needs of new-age women. The choice of sleeveless dress that young women like the most are an important variant. Paste cords or bracelet cords are also available if one wants to experiment with them. More and more models of sleeveless suits that can be worn without bottoms. They consist of modern soft and flowing fabrics and are usually decorated with mirrors, delicacies and pearls or pearls.
Patiala. in Angrakha style
Patiala has long been injected using Mughal style kurta - angraha. However, they are traditionally longer and have an A-line silhouette. The modern version of Angra is cropped. Tip: Wear with accented Kolhapuri shoes or Mary Janes with pointed heels. Since it is best suited for casual wear, decorate it with silver jewellery on the ear.
